FOOD STORAGE RECEIPES-- PINEAPPLE COOKIES

This was a favorite cookie that Grandma Waters made
1c butter soft
3/4 c. honey
1 c crushed pineapple drained
1/2 tsp powdered lemon rind or l tsp freshly grated rind
2 eggs
4 T pineapple juice
4 c whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 sea salt
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp vanilla
1 c walnuts (optional)

Mix together butter, honey, pineapple and eggs. Sift or mix flour, soda salt and nutmeg.
Add to butter mixture, Add juice. vanilla and nuts Drop by teaspoon onto lightly buttered baking sheets bake at 350 to 3750 for 10-12 minutes very good cookie

Fat Free, Honey, Whole-Wheat Bread***

Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

10-11 ounces distilled water (I use spring water)
1 ½ teaspoons salt
1 ½ tablespoons Molasses
1 ½ tablespoons Honey
3 ½ cups Whole-Wheat flour
1 tablespoon vital gluten
2 teaspoons yeast

All items should be at room temperature before you begin.

Tyson and I would like to request Dad's Goulash recipe. He taught me how to make it at the reunion, but I have forgotten. I would really like to make it sometime. YUM!
